Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
audioteva ("we") makes audio plugins. This page explains what personal data audioteva.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@audioteva.com.
What we collect
- Beta request (/join-copper): your name and email address.
- Beta questionnaire (/welcome): your answers to the questions on that page.
- Emails you send us, and any reply we send.
- Server logs: our web host records standard request data such as IP address, browser and time of visit.
Passwords typed on the login page are checked and never stored. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Cookies
We only set cookies the site needs to work:
audioteva_session: keeps you logged in for 8 hours after a password login.audioteva_tester: gives beta testers access to the Copper download page for 1 year.
Both are strictly necessary, so the site doesn't ask for cookie consent.
Why we use it
To review beta requests, send you your invite and download link, improve Copper using your feedback, and answer your messages. We use it because you asked to join the beta (taking steps at your request) and because we have a legitimate interest in honest product feedback. We don't sell your data and we don't send you marketing email unless you agree to it. As a beta tester you may get the occasional email about the beta (for example, where to find us on Discord); every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who handles it
- Google (Google Workspace: Sheets and Gmail) stores beta requests and answers and sends our emails.
- Our web host serves the site.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data-protection terms. If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy applies there.
How long we keep it
Beta records are kept while the Copper beta runs and deleted when it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@audioteva.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The beta isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
